Miss Polokwane 2025
Terms and Conditions
1. Privacy Consent:
We respect your privacy under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) effective from July 1, 2021. By participating in Miss Polokwane, you consent to the sharing of your information, including pictures, name, and surname, on our platforms for promotional and marketing purposes.
2. Entry and Eligibility:
a. Entries for Miss Polokwane 2025 are extended until 30 November 2025, 23h59.
b. Contestants must be either born in the Limpopo province or reside in Limpopo to be eligible to participate.
c. Contestants must be of the correct age by 7 March 2026.
d. The entry fee is R300.
e. Entries must include proof of payment of the entry fee. Entries without proof of payment will not be considered.
3. Semi-finalists:
a. Selected semi-finalists must attend the Semi-finalist Photoshoot, Sashing Ceremony, and Interviews. Venue and date to be confirmed.
b. Required attire:
* 1x Pink Outfit (for Interview)
* 1x White Outfit (for Photoshoot)
* Contestants must arrive in their Pink outfit.
c. Contestants in the Miss Teen (14-17) and Miss (18-28) categories must not have given birth or be pregnant at the time of entry.
4. Sponsorship Fee and Charity Work:
a. Each semi-finalist must raise a sponsorship/production fee of R1 500, which is non-refundable. This fee contributes towards the event’s production and operational costs.
b. Donation forms will be provided to contestants upon request.
5. Main Event:
a. Each finalist must sell a minimum of five (5) general tickets for the main event, priced at R550 each (Each ticket includes a meal), and 2 VIP Tickets (Includes a meal, Red Carpet experience and VIP Seating area). Ticket sales are non-refundable.
b. The main event will take place on 7 March 2026, at Bolivia Lodge, Polokwane.
c. The overall cash prize is R20 000 alongside other exciting prizes.
6. Dropping Out and Disqualification:
a. If a contestant drops out or is disqualified for any reason, they remain liable for the sponsorship fee and ticket sales.
b. Entry fees, sponsorship/production fees, and ticket sales are non-refundable.
c. Winners of Miss Polokwane are required to participate in community and charity initiatives actively.
d. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any contestant who does not comply with the terms and conditions.
7. General Provisions:
a. The organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to event dates, venue, or other details, with timely communication to contestants.
b. Participation in Miss Polokwane implies consent for the use of contestants’ images and likeness for promotional purposes.
c. The organizers hold the authority to disqualify any contestant who fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.
By submitting the entry form, the contestant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. If the contestant is under 18 years old, their parent or legal guardian consents to these terms and conditions on their behalf.
